Apartamentos Pirámides are located in Tenerife’s Playa de las Américas, less than 500 metres from Troya Beach. The complex features an outdoor pool, restaurant and well-equipped apartments with balconies.

Each apartment is brightly decorated and has a seating area with a TV. All apartments and studios have a kitchen with microwave, fridge and tea and coffee maker.

Awful! We wouldn't recommend and definitely would not return
The breakfast was ok. The swimming pools were the best thing
I emailed to say we wouldn't be there on the Sunday like we had booked. No message had got through to the hotel. The staff on reception were so rude. Especially an older man that didn't even get up off his chair. The room wasn't ready even though we were a day late so we had to go off and eat the terrible lunch in the restaurant. The restaurant was so dark an uninviting. The food wasn't great either. There was so much noise on the corridor from residents and also cleaners. They should ensure that families are in a better location. There was a massive cockroach in our room the morning of the second day! On the last day we were there we were round the pool at 5pm with our 5, 11 and 13 year old children. The music started playing so loudly with swearing. It was inappropriate and inconsiderate to families staying at the hotel. If you want to do this you should make it adults only.
